Her ladybug thingy was a big hit. She was excited to sit on it and then got up and pushed it around the room. Then she was distracted by her new jack-in-the-box and Ben snagged the ladybug and rode it all over the house. They make a bigger one (much better suited to his size) that he would go nuts over. I wish I had seen it back around his birthday.

after the cupcake, the clothes were toast
She had her checkup in the morning and she is now 22 pounds, 2 ounces and 28 1/2 inches. My other girls hovered around 19-20 pounds at their first birthdays, so she is officially the biggest one year old girl I've ever had.
