Happy Chanukah

Billiam is Jewish so tonight we will be lighting the menorah and making potato latkes. I cannot believe I grated the potatoes by hand until last year when we finally got a food processor. What used to take forever is now zippety-quick. Plus, now the latkes don't have grated bits of my knuckles in them. I bet that added protein, though.
